Around the holidays, we’re reminded of some very fond and familiar reindeer. There’s Dasher, Dancer, Prancer and more but this season, Dodge is making room in the North Pole stables for one more caribou. This Christmas, the brand unwrapped Redeye the Reindeer, a special Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye.

In the spirit of the season, the vehicle was given to one lucky enthusiast. It was all part of a contest the brand launched earlier this fall, called ‘Dodge Horsepower Challenge: 5 Weeks. 5 Questions. 5 Challengers’. During the five-week contest, contestants could go to the official site, watch online videos and answer horsepower-inspired multiple-choice questions. To be eligible to win, viewers had to answer at least one of the five questions correctly.

No Reindeer Games

David Otero, of New Mexico, did just that and was selected as the contest’s first winner. His widebody Hellcat prize was delivered to his home by product spokesperson, Bill Goldberg. After doing a big smokey burnout, the former wrestler personally delivered the muscle car to the eager enthusiast.

The car is painted in TorRed and features custom badging in the form of a Hellcat reindeer on the fenders and in the grille. Four other cars just like it will be awarded to the other winners.
